Case Studies are usually provided by the department if they are used in teaching. Any you wish to include in your assignments which aren't supplied by the department must either be gained via the resources below or purchased at your own expense. 

Business Source Ultimate

Business Source Ultimate is the industry’s most used business research  database, providing full text for more than 2,300 journals, including full text for   more than 1,100 peer-reviewed titles in all disciplines of business, including   marketing, management, MIS, POM, accounting, finance and economics. Contained within are a range of over 2020 Harvard Business Review cases which can be used in assignments but not for teaching purposes.

Requires personal account and limited free cases available to users.

Sage Research Methods Cases 1 and 2

Contains information on qualitative and quantitative research methods, designing research methods, and video case studies.
